Mode & Grace 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme'

Terms & Conditions 

 

1. These terms and conditions, in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, are applicable across the 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' and any participation in the scheme confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Mode & Grace reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' at any time and to take appropriate actions, including the cancellation of the 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' programme if, at its discretion, it deems such actions necessary.

 

3. Use of the 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' accepts that details of purchases may be recorded, stored electronically and used for marketing purposes.

 

4. Rewards including any discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and can only be redeemed on full price items. Rewards are not redeemable on sale items, best before end reduced items, subscriptions or E-gift cards, unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Applications to join 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' are subject to completion and acceptance of an online registration process only.

 

6. The 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' may be used on products to be delivered in the UK only.

 

7. Rewards including any discount codes, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not available on, sale items, best before end reduced items, subscriptions or E-gift cards, unless otherwise stated

 

8. 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' and Subscription offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other. Only the greater discount available will be applied against your purchase.

 

9. By registering your 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' you will be activating your 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' account and expressly agreeing and giving your consent to receiving marketing communications from Mode & Grace generally and specifically for its 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' via any or all of SMS, email, direct mail and telemarketing.

 

10. Withdrawal of your consent to send you emails will mean that you will no longer be sent any marketing emails giving any updated details of the Rewards Scheme. The withdrawal of your consent to send you push notifications on the app will mean that no 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' updates and rewards will be sent to you but you will still be able action the retrieval of such updates via the app.

 

11. Members are only entitled to one 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' account each, registered to their own email address. Mode & Grace reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts and retract award points at any time.

 

12. The 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme', in whatever form, is issued by and remain the property of Mode & Grace which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.

 

13. Members must register their personal details and keep Mode & Grace informed of any changes of such details. Mode & Grace cannot be held responsible for any loss of rewards incurred as a result of out of date details.

 

14. Two members who have 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' accounts registered at the same email address may experience rewards being merged and counted as one single account. Mode & Grace cannot be held responsible for any loss to either account member as a result of merged rewards.

 

15. Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members immediately forfeit the right to any rewards not yet issued.

 

16. All rewards will be issued with an expiry date unless stated otherwise and must be redeemed within this time.

 

17. Rewards are sent to the 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' member and can only be redeemed once by the 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme'member unless stated otherwise.

 

18. The email address used for Mode & Grace registration must be the same as the registered online account email.

 

19. The scheme is only for personal and consumer use. The 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose Rewards, including any discount codes, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or, Subscription, Gift Cards or EGift cards.

 

20. To be part of the Mode & Grace 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' you must be 18 years of age or over. Further age restrictions may apply to some purchases to comply with applicable law and in any event and irrespective of where you join or use the scheme, these 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' Terms and Conditions and the scheme shall be governed and construed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

22. The promoter of Mode & Grace 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' is Mode & Grace. 19 Cotman Close, Bacup, Rossendale, Lancashire, OL13 9TT.

 

23. Mode & Grace will send regular 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' updates and rewards via email or in-app. You can opt out of the 'Loyalty Rewards Scheme' programme or to opt out of receiving any or all of these marketing communications, go to your account area and simply unsubscribe. This does not affect your legal rights.

 

Mode & Grace have the right to amend of retract any offers, rewards and discounts at any time.
