How long does delivery take?


We dispatch all of our orders 'up to two working days' after the order is placed. If we can dispatch the day after you order, we will. All orders (UK Mainland) are dispatched via DPD on a 'Next Day' service. We dispatch 5 days per week - Monday to Friday inclusive. * Standard delivery days are Monday to Friday (£5.95) * Saturday deliveries are available if required (£12.50) * Sunday deliveries are also offered (£15.00) Purchasers who specify 'Monday' as their preferred deliver date must be aware that the dispatch will be made on the prior Friday and the parcel will be in transit for 3 days. (This will not affect the quality of the product in any way - Brownies are baked on the day of dispatch and have a shelf-life of 7-10 days when kept in an airtight container and refrigerated upon arrival.




How will my order be delivered?


All of our goods (with some exceptions) are dispatched via DPD on a 'Next Day' service. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us which will contain the tracking/consignment number. DPD will also provide you with their standard emails & text notifications on the day of intended delivery informing you of your 1-hour delivery window. You will also have the opportunity to change the delivery details at this point if inconvenient, as well as add instructions for the delivery driver or divert your delivery to a DPD pick-up point.




Do I need to be home to accept delivery?


No. When DPD notify you of your 1- hour delivery window, you have the opportunity to make any necessary/more convenient changes to the delivery date/time/destination.




What time will my parcel be delivered?


Your delivery can be anytime between 7am & 9pm, although you will receive a 1-hour delivery window on the intended day of delivery.




What happens if my order doesn't arrive?


If you are unfortunate to experience a lost parcel, please get in touch at your earliest opportunity in order for us to resolve the issue quickly & efficiently. When orders are lost or damaged, we provide the purchaser with the choice of an immediate replacement or a full refund including postage costs.





Allergens

Are your products gluten free?


Some of our products are available to be produced 'gluten free' and made individually using gluten free ingredients. There is always going to be a small chance of cross-contamination and, therefor, if you have severe allergies to certain products it would be advisable NOT to purchase from us as we cannot guarantee 100% safety.




Are your products dairy free?


Some of our products are dairy free. (See information on each product listing). If you have any severe allergies to certain products it would be advisable NOT to order from us as we cannot guarantee 100% safety.





Damaged Goods

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?


Get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will look into it immediately and either arrange an immediate replacement or a full refund including postage costs.
