How will my order be delivered?
We currently use Royal Mail and all goods are dispatched on a 'Next Day - Tracked & Signed For' service.
Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
Yes.
What time will my parcel be delivered?
Royal Mail can delivery anytime between 7am & 6:30pm. We are currently unable to provide an exact time of arrival.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
When orders are lost or damaged, we provide the purchaser with the choice of an immediate replacement or a full refund including postage costs.
Allergens
Are your products gluten free?
Some of our products are available to be produced 'gluten free' and made individually using gluten free ingredients. There is always going to be a small chance of cross-contamination and, therefor, if you have severe allergies to certain products it would be advisable NOT to purchase from us as we cannot guarantee 100% safety.
Are your products dairy free?

Damaged Goods
My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will either arrange an immediate replacement or a full refund including postage costs.
